Whether sculpting in clay and stone or working on large scale paper with charcoal and mixed media, Helen has a light, playful approach to asking important questions like: “what do you feel like inside and how can you express that?” Helen uses mindful techniques to promote self awareness before approaching material and process, she creates a safe environment to take risks, foster strong relationships and a clear connection to the creative journey.
Helen graduated with her M.F.A. in sculpture from the Royal College of Art and has won numerous awards, fellowships, and residencies in the U.K., Japan, and the U.S. She also has expertise in the area of integration studies. Learn more about Helen’s exemplary work here.
