Adam Kullberg Appointed as New Executive Director of Think 360 Arts for Learning

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Denver, CO, January 6th, 2026 – Think 360 Arts for Learning (Think 360), a national leader in arts education, is pleased to announce that Adam Kullberg has officially joined the organization as its new Executive Director. Kullberg began in the role on January 5th, 2026, leading Think 360 into its next chapter of service and impact across Colorado.

Becca Sickbert, who served as Interim Executive Director, provided steady leadership during this period of transition and will continue to support the Board of Directors and staff to ensure continuity and a smooth leadership handoff. Following the transition, Sickbert will remain with the organization in her ongoing role as Grants Manager, continuing to strengthen Think 360’s funding partnerships and resource development efforts.

The board of directors is thrilled to welcome Adam as the new leader of Think 360 Arts for Learning. Adam brings a mixture of arts, nonprofit and values-based leadership that will be integral in stewarding Think 360 into its next chapter. I am excited to work alongside him to continue building the legacy of this institutional organization and ensure that all communities can experience the transformative benefits of arts education,” said Jillian Kelly, Chair of the Board of Directors for Think 360 Arts for Learning.

Kullberg brings eleven years of experience in nonprofit leadership and arts education and administration, with a professional background that includes nearly a decade at Pop Culture Classroom. Most recently, he supported grassroots nonprofits nationwide through his work at the HadaNõu Collective. In this role, Kullberg helped leaders build the tools, systems, and skills needed to grow their impact. He’s also served in leadership and advisory roles with the Denver Afterschool Alliance, the SCFD, and the American Library Association.

During his tenure at Pop Culture Classroom, Kullberg helped build and expand arts and literacy initiatives throughout Colorado, especially in historically marginalized communities. As PCC’s interim executive director for over two years, he led the organization through the pandemic and raised critical funding to stabilize operations. Their work reflects a deep commitment to equitable access to arts education, aligning strongly with Think 360’s mission to ensure equitable access to high-quality art programs.

I’ve long admired Think 360 Arts for Learning’s commitment to uplifting and connecting communities through creativity and self-expression, and its dedication to supporting the artists and educators who make it all happen. As someone who’s worked as a teacher, artist, and nonprofit leader, I’ve seen firsthand just how transformative arts education can be for people of all ages and the communities they call home. I couldn’t be more excited to join an organization that’s been doing that work across Colorado for over 60 years. I feel incredibly honored to carry this work forward as the organization’s new executive director and continue growing Think 360’s impact statewide,” said Kullberg.

Adam Kullberg was awarded his Master of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona.  There, he taught writing, volunteered with humanitarian and arts organizations, and became deeply passionate about making the arts more accessible for people of all ages and backgrounds. Originally from Texas, he now lives in Denver with his wife, their two cats, and a very rambunctious dog. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him playing disc golf or lacrosse, practicing yoga, camping under the stars, or soaking in one of Colorado’s many hot springs.

As Think 360 Arts for Learning enters this next chapter, the organization celebrates the leadership of Kullberg and the momentum ahead. With a strong foundation built by incredible donors, dedicated staff, teaching artists, board members, and community partners, Think 360 looks forward to continuing to engage Coloradans of all ages in innovative arts programming.
