instructional practices in a visual arts

A blog about instructional practices in a visual arts 1st-6th grade classroom.

This is a blog about the instructional practices used in my classroom. I am using the CDE Visual Arts reflective questions aligned with Bloom's Taxonomy; Remembering/ Understaning/ Applying/ Analyzing/ Evaluating. The reflective questions are imbedded in blog posts and are categorized by Bloom's Taxonomy.

The endeavor is to show and reflect on instructional practices specifically at the elementary level—over time withing the context of the lesson/ unit. I am using the CDE Reflecting Culture Through Art– Personal Mapping 4th grade Unit and am showing other grade levels as well.
