Alex Oves

Alex Oves is an experienced educator and program manager with expertise in various facets of arts education and program and partnership development. Most recently, Alex oversaw a district-wide career exploration program in Denver Public Schools, curating meaningful hands-on experiences that connected high school students with industry professionals.  She is committed to increasing access to creative expression and career development for youth with marginalized identities. 

Alex earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with a dual degree in Arts and Visual Culture Education and Sculpture from the University of Arizona and her graduate certificate in Nonprofit Organizations from the University of Colorado Denver. In her free time, you can find Alex outdoors, doing home improvement projects, spending time with family, or at her local coffee shop.
