Workshop or Residency for grades K through 6th

Using reading material from the curriculum as inspiration; an “ingredients list” of words, music, movement and props; and fun play-making techniques; students work in small groups to create a 3-5 minute original performance piece. Promotes reading comprehension, creative (and peaceful) conflict resolution, empathy and teamwork.
The residency version of this class culminates in 3-5 minute small group performances.
