Live Your Dream
Performance for grades K through 12th
Molina speaks about his journey from a small town immigrant, blue collar background to being a first generation college student. He speaks about student leadership and activism, his decision to go to law school, and then his choice not to practice law and instead to follow his passions as an artist, educator and teaching artist. Molina shares personal stories about the struggles and triumphs of making choices, living authentically, trusting one’s intuition and following dreams. What would it take to live your dream, and to do something positive for your community in the process?
All presentations consist of a mixture of brief lectures, poetry reading, spoken word and lyrical performances, student interaction and Q&A.
