Life As A Person of Many Colors: One Clown’s Story

Life As A Person of Many Colors: One Clown’s Story

Performance for grades K through 12th

It’s hard to just blend in, when you have a big red nose and rainbow-colored hair! Penelope the Clown (aka Lynn Grasberg) is a multi-colorful personality who knows what it’s like to have people treat you strangely just because you happen to look “different”. Life as a Person of Many Colors: One Clown’s Story is a funny show about serious issues – diversity, inclusiveness, and breaking down prejudices (“clownism”) with humor and compassion. This program has been performed for all age groups and is adaptable for elementary, middle and high school audiences. This program includes humorous and poignant stories, audience participation, and a grand finale that gets everyone on their feet. Some audience members even get the chance to join Penelope onstage!
