Hula and Tahitian Dance

Workshop or Residency for grades K through 12th

Dressed in traditional floral paraeu, Rooshana performs hula dances, and then dons a tall raffia “helmet” and grass skirt for a traditional Tahitian Dance. The boys will learn the fierce warrior dance and all the students will dance the Hukilau and Pearly Shells.
